Regrets

“REGRETS…I’ve had a few, but then again, too few to mention.”

All of us have had our unfair share of regrets…woulda, coulda, shoulda’s that easily stifle our need-to-do’s if we dwell on them too long. The currently slumbering economy brings on a hangover of regrets – leads ignored, customers that got away, property “flips” that flipped out, overspending, indecision, fear, sloppiness, giving away the store with a low-low commission. There are plenty of regrets to spread around.

Fortunately, I still got my old Etch-A-Sketch – hold it up and shake it. A brand new slate! Having a mental Etch-A-Sketch is an effective way of  moving on. Still, it’s important to remember the lessons learned from our past mistakes, without re-enacting the regretful aftermath. IT’S TIME to get restarted! The market is actually in our favor, more motivated sellers, fewer tire kickers, also sleeping competitors. There’s renewed hope and energy and SYSTEMS to get everything up-righted – this time with focus, determination and resolve to forget the mistakes, but never the lessons learned from them. Ready to move on? Let me know. I’ll help you shake, shake, shake!

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could — some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you should begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.”  ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
