I spent approximately 10 years as a residential real estate developer. I managed on the ground activities from purchasing land, to grading and installation of all infrastructure elements, sewer, water, curbs and gutters, paved streets, etc. Once development complete I submitted to County for final plat approval. I then sold lots to builders. In some cases I sold completed homes to homeowners. I also maintained all office files on development process from land plans to surveys to bonds, expense files etc. Two current development projects.
