Great location for townhomes or smaller subdivision just off GA 400. The new hospital in Dahlonga should be completed next year and will become a major employer for this area. This is a value add property and the price will dramatically rise as more people move into Lumpkin county. Lake Lanier is only a couple miles away from this site....
