Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers Names Marty Rueter as New Executive Vice President
ATLANTA – Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers announced today that they have brought in accomplished real estate industry veteran Marty Rueter as Executive Vice President. Rueter’s aim is to expand Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers’ commercial real estate business throughout metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

Rueter joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers with a significant background in the real estate industry. After co-founding Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the franchising arm of Weichert, Realtors, in 2001, he served as President and added 316 offices throughout 39 states with 7,500 sales associates to the parent company’s existing 142 offices. During that time, he assisted in more than 500 franchise sales.

Prior to Weichert, Rueter also served as Sr. Vice President of F.S. Concepts from 1999-2001, Regional Director of Century 21 Mid-South from 1992-1999 and Sr. Vice President of Century 21 R.E. Corp. from 1981-1993.
Rueter got his start in real estate in 1964 when he joined his family-owned business, Rueter Realty Company in Philadelphia and was the fourth generation of the Rueter family to enter the business. He’s also established himself as an accomplished public speaker and served as a guest instructor at Villanova University.
